A Fruit Called Peace

This week we studied how the Holy Spirit produces the fruit of Peace in the lives of Christians. This can be done in internal personal peace, peace in relationships, and increasing peace in the world. Too often we only think of peace as an absence of chaos or violence, but the Spirit produces in us the ability and desire to actively produce peace where there is currently only conflict. In this way, we are transformed by God's peace and then go and transform the world with the peace that is now in us. We truly become peacemakers.
